Reservation Policies: Check-in 3:00 pm, Check-out 10:00 am. Rates apply to advanced reservations made before May 1, 2022 only. Rates do not apply to weekends, conventions, groups, holidays or travel agents. Minimum stays may apply. A deposit of 50% is required to confirm reservation; some reservations will require additional deposits or payment in full before arrival. Deposits are non-transferable and are applied to the last nights of your stay. If a guest chooses to check out earlier then their scheduled check out day, guest forfeits entire amount of agreed number of nights. On heavy checkout/check in days, check in may be delayed.
Deposits must be received within 7 days of making the reservation (less in-season) or the reservation is considered void. The customer is responsible for the entire number of days reserved. Any changes that are made in the dates or number of nights is considered a new reservation, therefore cancellation fees may apply to the previous reservation/deposit. If a guest chooses to check out earlier then their scheduled check out day, guest forfeits entire amount of agreed number of nights. Personal checks accepted only if received 3 weeks in advance. Return Checks are subject to a $30 processing fee. At check in balance will be payable with money order, cash, certified check or travelers check. IF paying with credit card at check in there will be a 3% service fee.
Confirmed reservations will be held until 6:00pm unless otherwise notified of late arrival. Advance reservations are accepted with room type, number of adults and children and dates clearly stated. Any changes or misrepresentation upon arrival VOIDS the entire reservation without refund. Maximum occupancy apply. Reservations are subject to strikes, failure of guests to vacate, and causes and conditions beyond our control. We are not responsible for event and special package changes or failure of others to perform.
GUEST MUST BE 25 OR OLDER TO CHECK IN. Everyone in party must be 25 or older unless with with parents/family.
Guests who wish to invite visitors to spend days or nights must request and register through the office. Guest fees will apply. Guests may not exceed the maximum number of people listed. Room preferences are accepted, however, rooms are guaranteed by room type only and not by specific room or floor. Policies and rates for specials, holidays, conventions and group reservations may vary.
General Policies: No pets. Only ONE parking space per unit; cars MUST BE REGISTERED in office and parking permit MUST BE DISPLAYED at all times. No parking for visitors. NO STEREOS, no bicycles, skateboards, roller blades, scooters or water guns allowed in the building or on the property. Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult at all times, especially in the pool area without an adult over 21 present. No water toys, rafts, balls or floats in the pool. No glass or glass bottles in pool area. This is for the safety of all guests. Any persons under the age of 21 cannot have any alcohol on the premise or be intoxicated. This is a non-smoking establishment. If a guest chooses to smoke in one of our rooms they will be charged $200 or more on the credit card provided.
Cancellation Policies: Deposit less a 30% service charge refunded ONLY if cancellation is made 21 days prior to date of arrival. No refunds within 21 days of check in. No refunds for early departures for any reason. If a guest chooses to check out earlier than their scheduled check out day, guest forfeits entire amount of agreed number of nights
Non-smoking policy: We are a 100% SMOKE FREE establishment. All guests are required to sign a non-smoking agreement stating that they will not smoke in the rooms or on the property. This policy is strictly enforced. If a guest chooses to smoke in the room they will be charged $200 on the credit card provided.
Housekeeping and management reserve the right to enter units and provide maid service during your stay.
