Rates apply to advanced reservations only. Rates do not apply to conventions, groups and weekend reservations. To reserve, please telephone our office before sending in deposit. A deposit of 30% is required to confirm reservation. Some reservations will require additional deposits for confirmation or payment in full before arrival. Balance due on arrival, No Personal Checks Accepted at check in. Policies and rates for specials, holidays, conventions and non-families may vary. No location guaranteed on specials. No pets. Only ONE parking space per unit-cars MUST BE REGISTERED in office and parking permit MUST BE DISPLAYED at all times. Deposit refunded ONLY if cancellation is received 21 days prior to date of arrival - subject to a 30% service charge. NO STEREOS. This is a non-smoking establishment. A credit card is required at check in for all reservations; a $150 authorization will be placed on the credit card for any incidentals and as a security deposit in reference to our non-smoking policy (see our smoke-free policy on home page). Cash Security deposit required for non family rentals.
